Responsibility
- servicing our customers as the first point of contact when they contact Chicken Cyclekit via email, online messaging or telephone
- checking and processing orders
- processing customer payments
- working with the Sales Manager to help develop all types of sales
- advising customers on their requirements, informing them about unique offers, promotions and new exciting products that could be of interest to them
- help execute Chicken CycleKit’s sales and service initiatives, closely aligned with our company goals to reach and surpass our targets for revenue and profitability
- aid with all aspects of sales office administration, including our computer system, CRM system, notification of website updates etc. and anything that eases general office efficiency
Requirements
- be an avid cyclist and have a strong interest in, and knowledge of the cycling & fitness arena
- sales administration: 1 year
- an entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and desire to roll up the sleeves when necessary to get the job done
