Responsibility

  • primarily support our Design Director, by providing a high level of administrative support
  • assist with new business development initiatives
  • manage our server and ensure all drawings, images etc are filed correctly
  • the movements of the senior management team need to be communicated to the relevant people
  • plan and manage internal and external events such as exhibitions, trade shows, and launch events
  • assist in setting up the trade shows
  • ability to juggle several design projects at the time
  • time management and accuracy is key

Requirements

  • strong Communication
  • attention to detail
  • liaising with other members of staff in both the UK and Asia
  • handling & responding to all correspondence
  • experience using formulas in excel & calculating margins
  • preparing Expense Reports
  • making travel & hotel arrangements
  • able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
