- knowledge of root cause and containment methodologies
- organisational leadership applied experience
- possess technical skills and knowledge of quality control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- advanced degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field along with 5-10 years of experience in Supplier Quality engineering field within the automotive manufacturing environment
