Responsibility

  • attend regular resident meetings to listen to opinions and ideas of the residents
  • to take/arrange photographs of events/activities that take place, and to ensure social media is regularly updated with appropriate images of residents and staff
  • to identify risks within the home and notify the appropriate senior staff member immediately
  • to attend staff meetings as requested by the Home Manager
  • to ensure risk assessments are carried out and completed for all activities, outings, and events
  • administration Tasks
