  • experience essential in Lettings Management, must have at least 1 years experience working in a lettings role in an estate agency
  • successful applicants must be able to work on their own initiative

Requirements

  • dealing with enquiries via phone, in person and email & registering applicant information
  • generating new property business
  • liaise with tradesman and handle any maintenance issues
  • liaising with landlords regarding the management of their property
  • referencing & signing up new applicants for rental properties
  • arranging Property inspections
  • arrange property move ins, including all paperwork
  • lettings Negoctiator and managment: 1 year
