CHESHAM AUTOS is looking for employees for positions:
- inspect vehicles for roadworthiness
- carry out tests on brakes, steering, suspension, and other components of a vehicle
- check for any signs of tampering or damage
- ensure that all safety features are functioning correctly
- inspect tyres and exhaust systems for any signs of wear or damage
- carry out tests on engine components to ensure they are functioning correctly
- carry out services and repairs
- assist in the maintenence of our fleet
- seeing in and out all hire vehicles
- keeping all hire vehicles clean and maintained to a high standard
- booking in MOT's and mechanical work into diaries
- ordering and returning parts where necessary
- collection and delivering of vehicles/ customer vehicles
- general cleaning and upkeep of the premises
- stock control
- general office duties; such as diary management, managing the generic email inbox, answering phone, answering customer queries
- must have previous management experience
- strong customer service skills
- IT proficient
- able to work well as part of a team
- highly organised and self motivated
- must be a keen and enthusiastic worker
- great time management
- an ability to multitask and work well under pressure
