Responsibility

  • provide sales staff with pre and post assistance to maximise bookings and customer satisfaction
  • input and update CRM database with leads, contacts, and companies
  • liaise with customers and event organisers to understand requirements and arrange site visits
  • provide customers with relevant information for their event
  • manage new customer email enquiries
  • schedule and conduct site visits
  • prepare pre and post event administration
  • manage budgets and receipts

Requirements

  • experience of working in a sales admin role and preferably within the events/ venue rental space
  • A self-starter who takes pride in being smart and solving problems
  • advanced Experience of databases and using CRM
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • high standards of organisation and on-time planning
  • A flexible attitude to work, with ability to provide assistance out of hours work where necessary
  • an energetic and conscientious attitude, producing timely and accurate work
  • the ability to act as an effective team member, but also able to work on their own initiative
