Requirements
- knowledge and experience of Building Regulations
- proven experience in estimating and quantity surveying
- experience in high end residential and commercial fit out and refurbishment
- H&S trained, CSCS card, SMSTS desired
- ability to build trust, relationships and manage expectations
- degree qualified in related subject
- experience with Procore/Xero would be preferred
Responsibility
- carry out take offs for material procurement
- create and maintain sub-contract and material suppliers database
- maintain contract documentation and advise on all contract matters
- agreement of final accounts
