Responsibility

  • cleaning the kitchen including floors, work surfaces, grill, oven, fridges, dish washer and sinks
  • the Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter at Chelsea House Bed & Breakfast is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment and will assist the chef in the kitchen
  • we are a bed and breakfast and working hours are from 7.30am finishing around 11.30am . We are flexible with the days that are worked but are looking to appointment someone a minimum of 5 days per week
  • the job is based in the kitchen and includes, washing up of all dishes, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee and tea pots etc
  • working with the chef you will assist with food preparation, stock maintenance and ordering
  • disposal of waste into recycling bins
