Responsibility

  • to build relationships with our chefs to help identify new suppliers and produce requirements
  • to identify, audit and manage new supplier relationships, including checking on all matters of compliance and agreeing fixed pricing
  • to build a network of suppliers nationally that meet our needs, values & ethos
  • to work with the Head of the Chefs Alliance to identify new opportunities to grow our membership and network
  • your skills and experience
  • to work with the Executive Chef and Chef Trainers to identify existing suppliers who are serving our schools, then work with them to ensure that they are delivering the best pricing and produce for our chefs
  • to work alongside the Head of Development and Research Officer to ensure that we’re collecting accurate and relevant data to measure our impact
  • hours: Part-time, 27 hours per week
