- this role is responsible for greeting guests and ensuring that they receive an efficient and friendly check-in and check-out
- the role also involves rooming our guests, answering enquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area to guests
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- our people have a unique passion for delivering excellence to the highest standard
- answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Requirements
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
