Requirements
- previous experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- chef: 1 year
Responsibility
- shifts would involve 3 days off 2 days on
- assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
- prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and recipes
- ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- supervise and train kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- we are looking to hire 2 extra chefs to provide a better work life balance, one of the positions would have the oppurtunity of moving across the 3 sites at Chattaway Inns covering holidays etc
- monitor food stock and order supplies as needed
