- developing in-depth knowledge of our products, the brand and conveying this with pride and enthusiasm to customers
- attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries
- communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process
- maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom, stock handling and replenishment
- taking in repairs and advising customers
- providing customers with the knowledge they need to choose pieces from our collections, engagement rings and wedding bands to enable them to make an informed purchase, while looking after their best interests
- jewellery Design is a large part of what we do, so a creative flare is necessary. This will involve our CAD software, which you will be trained to use
