Responsibility

  • liaison with insurers, underwriters and loss adjusters on client claims
  • to provide technical claims advice and support to the insurance sales executives
  • to attend claims/ renewal meetings as required
  • oversight of claims team
  • ensure all claims SLA’s are met
  • deal with claims related complaints
  • administration of clients’ claims, including providing advice to clients on claims process, issuing and administering claims forms, chasing insurers, underwriters and loss adjusters for settlement
  • assist with recruitment of claims handlers

Requirements

  • 5 + years in insurance
  • claims Processing: 5 years
