Responsibility
- pentree Lodge is a residential care home for 15 individuals with complex mental health needs
- based in beautiful Newquay, we are situated close to Fistral Beach and within walking distance of the town
- this role is 30 hours per week across 3 days. This will be a combination of office-based and care shifts
- we are looking for a deputy manager with an interest in mental health and a passion for care to join our team
- ensure that the facility is maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and family
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- experience of working within mental health or residential care services
- qualification in Health and Social care and/or Leadership and Management
- knowledge of CQC regulations
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- organised and able to plan their own work schedule
- the ability to work as part of a team
- care or mental health: 2 years
