Requirements
- health & Safety, ISO, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG
- NEBOSH Diploma or Equivalent / Environmental Qualification / Training Qualification
- knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems particularly ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
- qualification and full membership of a professional institution
- strong knowledge of HSEQ in a contracting context
- flexibility to travel to other group sites
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibility
- writing clear, concise and readily understood reports, procedures and guidance documents
- assisting in developing, rolling out and monitoring compliance with the Divisional 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Management Systems to demonstrate compliance
- create and implement SOP’s whilst working closely with the Production Director
- be responsible for ensuring accident reporting and documenting is carried out accurately across all manufacturing sites
- lead development, management and implementation of H&S and Environmental strategy
- leading the operations teams in identifying the causes of any weaknesses and put into place actions that will improve performance
- liaise with the company Directors to ensure best practice throughout the Group and act as point of contact on all EHS issues
- identifying, initiating and facilitating projects to improve performance
