Responsibility

  • wills & Trusts Solicitors are a licensed practice, focusing on wealth management and estate planning
  • as a Private Client Solicitor you will be integral to us broadening the legal services we can provide to our clients
  • meeting with Clients to discuss their legal issues and ensuring that all Client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
  • maintaining up to date records, communications & documents relating to individual cases on the provided technical/CRM systems
  • part of the Wills & Trusts Wealth Management Group we can offer our clients a holistic approach to managing and protecting our client’s legacies
  • managing an ongoing review service appropriate to the Client’s needs in line with the business’s proposition offering
  • having grown significantly over the past couple of years we are keen to appoint a driven and professional Private Client Solicitor that is keen to make an impact and develop as the business grows
  • this would be a fantastic opportunity to move away from Private Practice and instead move into an organisation where the client comes first instead of the primary focus being to invoice for your time
