Responsibility
- learn and provide 1st class customer service
- efficient and friendly support to other Team Members
- delegate and address the tasks to the members of the Team. Checking how the tasks are being performed
- manage and keep the Salon areas cleaned and stocked
- ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, tills operations, consultations and product / services recommendations
- assist and work towards monthly sales targets. Use marketing tools provided to increase number of bookings
- solve the disputes and arrange refunds or correction treatments for the Clients
- assistance with content creation for Social Media
