Reviews CHARLTON NETWORKS
The job posting is from Charlton Networks, a company specializing in IT services for small and medium businesses. They are currently looking for an IT Network Engineer to join their team. The role involves a variety of IT support and project work, covering desktop, networking, cloud, IT infrastructure, and telecoms technologies. It is mentioned that this is a Full-time position and offers the opportunity to acquire new skills in a fast-moving environment.
The salary range for this role is £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year and includes benefits such as company events, company pension, and gym membership. However, it would be helpful to know if there are any opportunities for salary growth or performance-based bonuses within the company. Additionally, they mention that the work location is a hybrid remote in Tewkesbury, but it would be good to clarify how often the role will require on-site presence versus remote work.
1. Could you provide more information about the potential for salary growth and performance-based bonuses?
2. Can you clarify the balance between remote work and on-site presence for this role?
