Responsibility
- reporting to the General Manager for Charlie Bears Direct and Charlie Bears Direct & QA Supervisor
- to supervise the shop floor and coordinate employees’ activity daily
- to manage daily replenishment and analyse stock turnover rate
- to communicate with the General Manager for Charlie Bears Direct to feedback about new lines, product requests and future arrivals
- to drive sales to improve store performance and increase footfall to ensure sales budgets are met
- to assist and support the Charlie Bears Direct UK Team in the running of the Bearhouse Shop & Gallery - in line with Company objectives and ensuring Company standards
- to guarantee visual merchandising standards and to properly maintain fixtures and décor
- ensuring the Gallery is maintained to a high standard every day and plan then annual deep clean
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- qualified or highly experienced with Retail Visual Merchandising/Interior design
- A knowledge of Charlie Bears would be advantageous
- retail sales: 5 years
- supervising experience: 3 years
- customer service: 3 years
- merchandising: 3 years
