- strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control, and production processes
- excellent communication and people skills
- problem-solving attitude and ability to motivate and inspire a team
- knowledge of 5S principles and Standard Work procedures
- working towards IBD or Lean Manufacturing credentials
- holder of an FLT Certificate
- ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively
Responsibility
- ensure daily Health & Safety GEMBA walks are complete in Alert65
- maintain a safe environment for all team members and customers
- management of all yard activities, ensuring goods in/out procedure is followed
- implement and monitor QC/QA processes to maintain high-quality standards throughout the brewery
