Responsibility

  • lead and manage the implementation the Firm’s Global Mobility programme
  • once established, lead process/policy optimisation initiatives and liaise closely with the wider HR function to ensure improvements are communicated and implemented
  • develop supporting guidance documentation for international secondees and local teams to promote a highquality stakeholder and candidate experience
  • proactively staying up to date on policy changes, restrictions and risk analysis on the finance, staffing and wider business impact
  • act as the main point of contact for partners and employees throughout the cross-border lifecycle, conducting face to face briefings with assignees both pre assignment and on repatriation
  • be involved with assessing, verifying and issuing Certificates of Sponsorship in line with the requirements of the UK Borders Agency
  • supporting the inbound assignee through the entry clearance process in partnership with the immigration team
  • work with internal teams to structure international secondment agreements / extensions and ensure fair and consistent application of supporting policies
