Responsibility

• monitor the budgets for events and report to the SEE to ensure cost effective delivery and adherence to set budgets; manage payments handle invoice queries in relation to events, liaising with budget holders and finance team
• update the Firm’s events calendar on InSite and liaise with other stakeholders such as EAs, Responsible Business and HR to ensure other firmwide events are captured
• support on the delivery of key internal events e.g. Partners Conference and other high profile internal events such as Managing Partner Townhalls
