Requirements

  • previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential
  • strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

  • good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibility

  • change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required
  • restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management
  • provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries
  • assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens
