• the ideal candidate will have two or more years working in a similar Lettings Role and will be looking for more responsibility and the opportunity that this role will provide
• the Salary offered will be commensurate to their experience demonstrated and will be performance bias
• A strong understanding of the Letting industry and associated regulations will be required so that the right candidate can slot into the role and focus on our processes and procedures
