Responsibility

  • harry Charles Estate Agents are one of Watford’s leading independent agents
  • having been in the market for over 20 years
  • we manage over 350 rental properties and are developing a thriving sales business
  • based on the St Albans Road, the team comprises of 11 people
  • in this role, you will be responsible for helping the property management team to manage the property portfolio , answering the phone to take maintenance calls and book contractors, carry out property inspections and help the overall functioning of the department

Requirements

  • managing and responding to the landlord and tenant queries and issues
  • confident and positive outlook with a questioning mind
  • obtaining competitive quotations and instructing contractors
  • ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
  • organising inventory, check-in and check-out appointments and distributing reports
  • capacity to multi-task and work well under pressure both individually and as part of the wider team
  • keeping property records up to date
  • willingness to recognise a mistake and learn how to turn it around for the next time
