Responsibility
- management of the small IT Team, ensuring business needs are met in a timely manner
- daily operations of network and infrastructure
- ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- effective management of third parties
- developing and implementing IT processes, procedures and policies including Security audits and establishing and reporting on SLA’s and KPI’s
- assuring IT activities are compliant with Law and Regulations
- oversight of the technology roadmap
- maintain relationships with key functions in all areas of the business
Requirements
- experience of managing technology partners to deliver solutions
- experience of managing budgets
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment
- experience of IT infrastructure and Security
- demonstrable track record of managing and coaching teams of variable technical expertise
- an established IT Systems Manager with a proven track record of managing technology platforms and on-site with at least 5 years of experience of IT systems management
- highly motivated with a positive attitude that can lead by example
