  • you will work closely with the pharmacy superintendent to support the day to day running and development of the pharmacy
  • the Charing Surgery and Pharmacy are successful businesses, focused on developing its staff and services for patients to ensure we provide the highest level of care, with the practice being recognised as outstanding by CQC in December 2022
  • the practice is part of Ashford Rural PCN, and the four practices work very closely together and are all rated as outstanding by CQC
  • the Practice Manager will work closely with the Partners to set the strategy for the ongoing successful development of the practice and pharmacy and to ensure the safe and effective running of the business
  • you will be responsible for providing collaborative leadership and for managing all aspect of the practice with responsibility for patient services, HR & management of staff, premises management and overall operations including Health and Safety, compliance with CQC regulation, management of internal and external stakeholder relationships, finance and IT
  • the Practice Manager will be responsive, flexible, innovative, resilient, enjoy working as part of a team and proud to provide leadership to their practice, staff and patients
