Responsibility

  • to correctly log and disseminate referrals and reference requests
  • to undertake general office duties, distributing and despatching post, photocopying, clerical work, and any other duties as required
  • to draft routine correspondence using appropriate software
  • management of the daily finances oyster card, petty cash, first aid, stationary
  • to participate in policy review all of Changing Generations Ensuring Policies ensuring that staff are fully trained and up to date with policies
  • maintaining the training matrix for all Changing Generations Learners
  • co-ordinate filing and shredding duties
  • to ensure all Personnel data and contracts held on file have the appropriate authorisations and are up to date
