  • the CSA will need to be able to build and develop a relationship for new business being brought into the company as well as maintaining and improving the current working relationships with existing customers
  • to ensure customer satisfaction the CSA will need to follow the account specifications when booking work in and take responsibility for this booking through to completion
  • the CSA will also need to work on their own initiative as well as part of a small team, working together to achieve the team and company goals, enhancing the standing and reputation of Chameleon Codewing
