Responsibility

  • ensuring all customer orders are processed timely and accurately
  • daily order entry and invoicing
  • updating customer’s orders
  • troubleshooting order issues, escalating to management where required
  • handling warranty claims and return requests
  • customer service support via email, telephone and through all platforms
  • assist with maintaining good account health across all platforms
  • support with updating all marketplace channels and platforms

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English A – C or equivalent qualifications
  • excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • accurate data entry
  • outstanding customer service skills
  • excellent time management and organisational skills
  • methodical, with good attention to detail and accuracy
