Responsibility
- greet customers as they enter the café and assist them with their orders
- prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items
- maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the brewing equipment, prep stations, and dining area
- preparing deserts
- ensure the quality and consistency of all coffee and tea beverages, following established recipes and brewing techniques
- able to make coffees
- answer customer questions about the coffee and tea offerings, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- setting up shop with opening checklist
Requirements
- prior experience as a Cafe Staff/Barista or in a customer service role preferred
- customer service
- passion for coffee, tea, and food
- hospitality
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- barista experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task effectively
- must be able to work 6-12 hours a day
