- chaakoo Bombay Café on Lothian Road are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead their front of house team
- working closely alongside the General Manager, you will help to plan and direct all restaurant operations
- you will also be responsible for delivering on financial targets and driving business performance
- A proven hands on operator, you will pride yourself on high standards and put the customer experience first every time
- we will task you with maintaining high standards of food and drink, service and health and safety practices within your restaurant and with managing the training and development needs of your team
