Responsibility
- monitoring and reporting on stock levels of consumable items
- to provide room set up tasks as required
- any other appropriate duties as defined by the Visitor Services Manager and Head of Visitor Services
- report Health & Safety issues
- to welcome guests booking into CAT accommodation and carry out associated registration and key issuing tasks
- to provide guests with evacuation and emergency information as required by CAT’s Health and Safety Procedures
- to support the Visitor Services Manager in answering enquiries as needed and completing caretaker job lists
