engaging clients effectively, understanding their critical business objectives and the challenges they encounter around conflict and difficult business relationships
managing and maximising the commercial growth of the solutions portfolio to align with CEDR's growth strategy and objectives
representing CEDR in the large enterprise market and expanding recognition of the full breadth of solutions that it can provide
OTE: £100,000 plus pension and insurance benefits
providing resolution of commercial disputes and deadlocked negotiations across a wide range of sectors
collaborating effectively with the broader organisation to include marketing, conflict management experts and client services teams
providing independent alternative dispute resolution for consumers when they experience problems with companies
managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and to maximise commercial success
Requirements
ability to develop relationships with a variety of C-suite executives and work with organisations that are complex and often global
proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
evidence of delivering short-term targets but also planning and executing longer- term account and territory growth plans
knowledge of and willingness to own the entire life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
proven track record of collaborating with different internal teams in order to achieve commercial success
excellent written and oral/presentation skills
ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with key stakeholders inside client and prospect organisations
effective organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage own workload effectively and work/use Hubspot
