- assisting the teams with high quality administration support
- most processes are electronic so extensive IT skills are paramount
- liaising with training providers , apprentices, assessors and employers
- registering students on the database system
- creating documents and ensuring they are completed correctly
- uploading and tracking apprentice progression via various software applications
- managing assessor bookings for examination events
- booking students onto examination events
Requirements
- administration: 1 year
- AT Veterinary Systems & Central Veterinary Services are expanding and looking for an additional experienced Administrator to join the team for a part-time role these hours are flexible but need to be between Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 and are based at our offices in Elmswell, Suffolk
