Responsibility

  • consolidation of group accounts
  • prepare monthly management information for review by the Finance Director
  • review the monthly management accounts file
  • review working papers supporting accruals/prepayments
  • support the Finance Director in the preparation of the budgets and forecasts
  • integration of finance systems of acquisitions
  • maintain P&L and cash flow forecasts
  • completion of the quarterly VAT return
