Responsibility

  • apply powder coating finishes to metal products according to customer specifications
  • maintain the powder coating equipment and perform routine maintenance as required
  • work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timely delivery of finished products
  • conduct quality control checks to ensure that finished products meet our high standards
  • troubleshoot any issues that arise during the powder coating process and take corrective actions as needed

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing environment
  • in-depth knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and processes
  • strong attention to detail and quality control
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • powder coating: 2 years
