Responsibility

  • develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory or customer segment
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to secure profitable sales deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company profitability
  • prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
  • track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis
  • prospect and acquire new clients by identifying and engaging with decision-makers in the food service industry, including restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers
  • stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and identify new business opportunities
  • conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our food products, highlighting their quality, taste, and value proposition

Requirements

  • proven experience in food service sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and persuade clients
  • demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns
  • self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving goals
  • familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various departments to achieve sales objectives
