Responsibility
- you will be involved in each stage of a build from planning through to general building
- supervising site team on a day-to-day basis and working closely with and reporting to the Construction Manager
- ability to read and interpret construction, engineering and civils drawings
- supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, planning, and implementing project timelines with the CM
- manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule
- monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with building regulations
- collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment and quality control
Requirements
- ideally having completed Apprenticeship/NVQ or similar in relevant trade
- full UK driving licence
- right to work or UK resident
- preferable but not mandatory: SSSTS, FAW, PASMA, IPAF, CSCS
- on the tools construction: 10 years
