Responsibility
- CEIS Ayrshire seeks to increase confidence, skills and employability of clients/customers and enable them to compete in the current labour market
- due to continued growth CEIS Ayrshire are looking to recruit a Business Services Resourcer
- this position will be based throughout North Ayrshire, with a blend of office and home working
- tasked to deliver Local and Scottish Government funded programmes; CEIS Ayrshire seeks to raise the employment rates in the areas in which it operates and beyond
- the purpose of this role is to support the Business Services Team’s caseload of clients into employment, supporting both client and employer to ensure the client sustainability of the job
- another aspect of the role is supporting the client with in work support, any training required and maintaining the relationship with both client and employer
- liaising with internal departments to progress clients towards employment

Requirements
- previous experience in an employability/recruitment setting would be advantageous
- building relationships with small, medium and large sized enterprises
- experience of working with a caseload of clients and supporting them into employment
- experience of using management information systems
- experience in developing working relationships with a wide range of colleagues across all statutory, third and private sector agencies
- experience of dealing with and addressing challenging issues
