Requirements

  • minimum of one year’s previous experience of working with adults with severe learning difficulties and who can present challenging behaviours
  • previous experience of managing a small team of staff and delegation of workload
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties
  • previous experience of good supervision and supervision training
  • level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent
  • A valid current driving licence
  • residential care: 1 year
  • supervisory: 1 year

Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for conducting and properly recording regular supervisions for all team members in accordance with current guidelines
