Waste of time. Management of the flats non existent. Flat owners have not done a thing to tidy or manage their properties. Allocated parking spaces are a mess, Freeholders of the flats have no interest at all. The overall management company is a mess. A rented house down here is a disgrace. The front door is not fit for purpose and the back hedge is a mess overgrown. The residential management company is a mess of late bills and no care whatsoever.
