Requirements

  • this is a physical job that requires dexterity and there is a fair amount of walking and stairs involved
  • experience in a similar role and two references from previous employers will be required
  • the daytime job involves working around people while they are themselves at work
  • the evening job sometimes includes working alone building
  • during the daytime there are two large dogs that the company owner has on site. This job will not suite someone who is either afraid of or allergic to dogs
  • commercial cleaning: 1 year
  • keyholder: 1 year
  • the chosen applicant will have been able to show that they are reliable, industrious, honest, able to accept and carry out instructions but also capable of using their initiative
