Responsibility
- lead the Helpdesk team in order to maintain good and effective client relations
- be the point of contact for escalation of queries and complaints in a calm and considerate manner
- the role involves all aspects of Contract support and Helpdesk duties including planning works

- receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner
- support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete
- carry out monitoring of CAFM data to ensure that work orders, quotes and invoices have been
- check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
- accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs
- schedule reactive and help desk call outs
- to raise purchase order on Maximo and receipt items when necessary
- work as a team with Facility/Contract Managers to ensure company values are adhered to
- to review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers
- provide administrative support to the department
- process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
- to raise Purchase orders, receipt any goods on Maximo and to process invoice queries within Edifice
- to assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- support the Helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on the FM Support System, feeding through to operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customers
- attending to queries should they arise
- maintaining the filing system and support in saving compliance evidence
- general administration support
- to comply with the Company’s Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
- to ensure sub-contractors are signed in and issued with required keys and passes and make sure they are returned at the end of each day
- raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
- organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
- to support the Company's Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives

Requirements
- previous Facilities & Maintenance Helpdesk experience would be ideal
- excellent and professional telephone manner
- excellent customer service skills
