Responsibility
- scheduling monthly SHEQ meetings, compiling the agenda, and taking and distributing minutes
- appoint and arrange third party approved external providers to carry out noise/dust/HAV surveys
- dealing will all claims arising within all insurance policies
- to issue company wide SHEQ alerts and maintain records associated
- maintain a register of all environmental incidents and complaints
- monthly random alcohol & drug selection and testing
- managing the Personal Protection Equipment Supplier platform & issue PPE to immediate starters - ordering for new starters based on pre-defined role requirements
- responsible for liaising with departmental managers over environmental issues and the maintenance of ISO 14001. To liaise with BSI over external audits
Requirements
- highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- knowledge of or a keen interest in Health and Safety is desirable
- fleet knowledge would be desirable but not essential
- demonstrable administration experience is essential
