the General Manager will manage the day-to day running of Causeway Campers. They manage the company’s personal, physical and financial resources to assist the Managing Director in the overall running of the company
the General Manager is responsible for a team of staff including Guest Services, Cleaning Supervisor, cleaners, Administrator & Mechanics and will be responsible for customer service training, cleaning training & expectations, managing employees & all aspects of HR
the General Manager may also be involved in marketing efforts, developing new relationships with suppliers or vendors, and other tasks related to growing the business
you will effectively and efficiently manage our vehicle fleet, manage the day-to-day business and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be developing new business and building on local sales and relationships
the main responsibility is to ensure all our motorhomes are to the highest possible standards so our customers can have the best holiday possible
recruiting, training, motivating and coaching employees to ensure bookings, customer service and quality standards are always met through every Hire
supporting the MD with integrity on all aspects of the business
Requirements
3 years hands-on management experience in a customer service environment
A proven track record of managing a team and delivering KPIs
human Resources and scheduling experience
previous auto/Motorhome rental service or hotel/travel industry experience a plus
college degree or college coursework in business management a plus
valid driver's license with a good driving history
availability to work a flexible day schedule, including most weekends & Bank holidays. The role requires some incidents of out of hours working
