- assisting with the creation of new cross stitch designs, packaging, promotional materials and photography
- manage Shopify website to increase content, optimise performance, build brand awareness and convert visitors
- collaborations with influencers, affiliates, brand partners, and customers. Manage events - online classes and in person Stitch Retreats
- managing special projects and innovation. Collaborate with other departments to develop and promote new products
- support product development and sourcing. Constantly innovating in terms of new product ideas, trends and themes
- collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Monitor and analyse content performance using social media analytics tools
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- knowledge and experience of Klaviyo
- knowledge and experience of Shopify
- knowledge and passion for cross stitch or other related crafts
- excellent content creation, copywriting skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in using social media platforms
- strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design, colour, and composition
- ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
