  • cost Management
  • compiling cost value reconciliation
  • managing the application process and ensure that the business is securing full entitlement
  • conducting site visits & meetings
  • managing risk and opportunities in each and every project

Requirements

  • experienced in residential and commercial projects
  • completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • working experience of Contracts, NEC, JCT D&B & HSE policies
  • 2 years+ UK Cost Management / Cost Consultancy experience
  • surveying: 2 years
