- salary range, level 5, point 13, actual pro-rata salary £22,756
- to manage the provision of a high quality and efficient catering service in accordance with healthy eating and DfE guidance
- the line management of all catering staff including their induction, training and appraisal
- manage and produce menus on a cycle, ensuring that they abide by the School Food Standards
- monday to Thursday, 6:45am to 3:45pm and Friday 6:45am to 2:15pm
- the planning, preparation, cooking, presentation and serving of meals and snacks making the most effective use of available staffing and resources
